Cinnamon French Toast Sticks

Stale bread (e.g. brioche)
cut into sticks

Instructions
Mix eggs, vanilla extract/paste, milk and ½ tsp cinnamon in a shallow dish.
Dip the sticks in the egg mixture and let them soak for 1 minute.
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add a drop of oil and wipe with kitchen towel.
Fry the sticks on each side for 2 minutes or until nice and golden.
Meanwhile mix the sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a separate dish.
While the sticks are still warm, roll them in the sugar mixture. Tap off the excess.
