Ingredients

Pasta of your choice

Vienna sausages, sliced

Olive oil

Onion, chopped

Marinara sauce

Water

Dried basil

to taste
Notes
In a saucepan, bring water that has been generously salted to a boil. Cook pasta according to the packaging.
In another pan, sauté sausages until brown. Set aside.
Add olive oil to the same sauce pan and sauté onion and garlic until the onion has become translucent.
Return sausages to the pan.
Add tomatoes and cook until slightly soft.
Add marinara and water. Bring the sauce to a boil and let simmer on medium low heat for 5 mins.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile your pasta should be ready. Reserve about half a cup of the pasta water. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce along with the pasta water.
Mix until every pasta is coated with the sauce.
Serve
and enjoy!
